Delivery Windows
Each Safiyaa garment is crafted with precision and care. Orders are typically dispatched within 7 working days (unless otherwise stated) from London, New York or Kaunas, with shipment details provided within 24 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed after 12 noon GMT or during weekends (including Friday afternoons) will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details along with an estimated delivery date.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order, with the exact amount shown at checkout before purchase.
Estimated Shipping Costs:
- USA - $60
At the point of checkout, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date. If your order is delayed by more than three working days beyond this estimated date, you may cancel any unshipped items and request a refund to your original payment method.
For customised orders, a delivery date will be confirmed by our atelier team shortly after your order is placed.
Exchange & Return Policy
At Safiyaa, each piece is made-to-order—expertly crafted from the moment your order is placed. Your garment is produced exclusively for you by a single dedicated tailor, reflecting our commitment to precision, quality, and personalisation.
Due the personalised nature of our pieces and our sustainability ethos of avoiding overproduction, we are unable to accept cancellations or refunds. However, we are pleased to offer thoughtful alternatives such as exchanges, store credit, or complimentary alteration guidance.
Exchange & Store Credit
For non-customised pieces, we are happy to arrange an exchange or offer store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, returned items must be unworn and unaltered, in their original condition and with all original tags attached.
If a returned piece does not meet these requirements, it will be sent back to you and we will be unable to proceed with the exchange or issue store credit.
Customised & Bespoke Garments
Garments that have been personalised—including adjustments to fit, colour, or design—are considered final sale. That said, we offer complimentary alterations to help perfect the fit and are here to support with as many appointments as you need.
Each customised Safiyaa piece is created uniquely for you, reflecting your personal preferences in fit, colour, or design. As such, these garments are considered a final sale. However, we are pleased to offer complimentary alterations to help refine the fit to perfection, with as many fittings as needed—either in our showrooms or virtually, wherever you are.
Alteration & Fitting Support
We provide complimentary alterations at our London and New York Showrooms, and offer virtual fitting consultations for clients based elsewhere.

Sales Tax and Delivery Charges
Sales tax will be automatically added to the order at checkout according to Maison Safiyaa LLC's sales tax filing status.
Shipping Errors or Damaged Products
Each Safiyaa piece is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our highest standards. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or has been processed incorrectly, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, including supporting photographs.
To arrange a replacement and receive your return shipping label, kindly contact returns@safiyaa.com with your full name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.
Safiyaa Items Purchased at Other Locations
Any Safiyaa items purchased from boutiques, department stores or any other location selling our merchandise cannot be returned to us.Safiyaa.com.
